At Doborowy Jewellery, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll do our best to assist.

• Return Window – Items may be returned within 14 days in unused, original condition.
• Non-Refundable – Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Refunds – Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once items are inspected.
• Exchanges – Available for defective or incorrect items. This does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or improper care.
• Return Shipping – Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customs & Duties: All taxes and duties are fully covered by Hamiley — the price shown at checkout is the final amount you will pay.
